We would like to offer to our guests the most wonderful experience at Maitia. Due to the number of tables in our little special restaurant - between 14 and 18 diners by service, depending on the composition of the same- therefore any last minute change affects us directly and negatively, making it difficult for us to offer the table to other possible clients.

Sometimes, assuming the cost of not having the customer present , we have established a new way to make reservations in order to guarantee a table and to ensure the best possible service.

FAQ: Cancellation & Amendment Policy (  )

These are the conditions for cancellations and amendments: You can cancel your reservation without any charge up to 24 hours, and, a reservation for 4 or more people is possible to cancel without any cost at any time prior to the 48h of the time of your reservation. A cancellation within these hours or in the event of failure to attend to your reservation, we may reserve the right to apply a fee of 40€ per person (10% IVA inclusive).

Therefore, we require your credit/debit card details at the moment of your reservation (Card number & expire date). If your card is Amex, we would also need the CID code.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any time by clicking on the link provided on the confirmation email or SMS. Which you will receive just after you have made your reservation.

This cancellation is free of charge until 24h or 48h prior to the time of your reservation, According to the number of diners.

ONLY if you cancel with less than 24 or 48 hours prior to the time of your reservation, the cancellation & amendment policy will be applied.

Can I amend my reservation?

YES, you can as long as the amend is for the same date as the original reservation. If you would like to increase the number of people in your party, we will be pleased to do so if we have availability; even the same day of your reservation.

When is my reservation confirmed?

Once you have made your reservation through our website, you will need to provide your credit/debit card details together with your personal details to complete your reservation.

We will need to validate your bank card before confirming it, therefore we will make a quick charge and refund of 1€ on your credit/debit card. Once it is validated, you will receive a pre-confirmation email or SMS. Also, three days before the date and time of your reservation you will receive another email or SMS for the confirmation on your behalf. Therefore you will be able to directly confirm or cancel your reservation through it
